You’ve been holding it all together for everyone else. You’re tired—but it’s more than just physical. It’s that deep, soul-level weariness that no amount of sleep or self-care routines seem to fix.
This retreat is your invitation to set it all down. To rest. To reconnect. To feel yourself again.
Sacred Pause is an intimate, transformative weekend designed for women who are ready to gently release the tension they’ve been carrying and come back home to themselves—without pressure, without pretense, and without having to “fix” anything.
Your Sacred Pause Experience Includes:
Daily Morning Movement + Breathwork
Ease into each day with gentle body-based practices to soften the stress your nervous system has been holding and set the tone for calm, grounded presence.
MBSA in Water: Individual Healing Sessions with Melanie King
Release emotional trauma through intuitive bodywork while fully supported in water. This powerful modality unwinds tension at the nervous system level, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
Private Brainspotting Sessions with Jennie Hays
One-on-one session to help you release deep emotional patterns and unlock clarity, confidence, or ease where you’ve been stuck. No overthinking—just healing, fast and gently.
Group Neuro-Art Session (Friday)
No art skills needed. This therapeutic technique helps you rewire stress and overwhelm into peace and perspective—using color, movement, and creative expression.
Somatic Storytelling Circle (Saturday)
This reflective evening experience uses guided prompts and body-based awareness to shift emotional blocks and rewrite old narratives with compassion and power.
Shared Meals + Slow Living
You’ll be nourished with fresh fruit and pastries in the morning, hearty brunches, light lunches, satisfying dinners, and snacks throughout the day. Coffee, tea, juice, and water are always available. BYOB welcome. If you have dietary restrictions, we’ll accommodate you just let us know when you register.
Reflection & Rest
Between sessions, enjoy the water, the boathouse, and the peace of nature. You’ll have plenty of unstructured time to nap, float, journal, listen to music, read, or simply be.
Personal Keepsake + Sacred Elements Ritual
Bring a small personal item that holds meaning for you. We’ll use these in a guided ritual to energetically anchor our space and offer a deeper layer of healing and intention.
