Prima Jope’s Blueprint for Fast Entrepreneurial Wins

I recently had the pleasure of connecting with Prima Jope, a spiritual entrepreneur who has built an incredible six-figure business by breaking free from inauthentic marketing tactics. Her story is truly inspiring, from leaving a corporate job in Uganda to thriving as an online business owner after a major pivot during COVID. We sat down for an interview to discuss her journey, how she helps entrepreneurs align their businesses with their purpose, and why Intuition-Based Messaging is shaking up the world of marketing. Prima even shared her thoughts on Brainspotting Therapy, a powerful tool for overcoming emotional barriers, and how it could help her clients get unstuck faster.

Prima, you’ve had an incredible journey from Uganda to launching a six-figure business. What was the biggest turning point that pushed you to leave your corporate job and pursue your calling?

I was miserable in my 9-5 for the most part. It was a part of my fathers code and clearly it didn’t work for me.

You help spiritual entrepreneurs break free from inauthentic marketing tactics. Can you share a bit about how your Intuition-Based Messaging approach differs from traditional marketing?

I believe everyone has a unique DNA and there exists no one size fits it all solution. Entrepreneurs ought to go out in the marketplace and put together a system that works for their unique path.

COVID forced many businesses to pivot, including yours. What key lesson did you learn from that experience that helped you build a thriving online business?

In business, if you are not willing to pivot, you will die.

Coming online with hardly any internet or power was a tough move. One that required faith to be honest but I learned very quickly that if you do not pivot, you will eventually die.

"The Best Kept Secret" is all about helping those who feel stuck in life or business. What inspired you to launch the podcast, and what transformation do you hope listeners experience?

My client was on the verge of losing her life and nothing else made sense. She had been stuck for nearly a year before that and I had no idea how to help her. An inner healer helped her bounce back in 2 months. I knew more people needed to learn about these amazing humans who were doing life-changing work behind the scenes.

Many of your podcast listeners struggle with fear and unworthiness. What advice do you give them to overcome these mental barriers and align their life and business with their purpose?

The sooner we stop looking for answers on the outside, the better answers we can find. Seek healing. Seek a connection to your divine. There are many programs that get installed in us as we go through life. Create a desire to shade them off. Look at your life as a body, a mind, and a soul when fear and unworthiness crop into your mind.  Your business is an extension of you.The sooner you deal with the internal barriers, the better.

You’ve reached multiple six figures with a small but deeply engaged audience. What are your top tips for building a meaningful connection with your audience rather than focusing on follower count?

Do the unscalable stuff first. Do deep work with a few people.  Focus On helping people 1-1 before worrying about scaling. Stop looking at the big brands and copying what they are doing. You have no clue what they did to get there.

Your podcast emphasizes breaking free from generational pain and limiting beliefs. How do you integrate that focus into your messaging and services?

Before we get really clear about our mission on this planet and are ever able to step into the work we are meant to do while here, there is a need to break away from whatever codes are running our lives, releasing blocks is a big part of my work.

You've heard about Brainspotting from our recent discussions. As someone helping entrepreneurs overcome emotional barriers, what potential do you see in Brainspotting as a tool for getting unstuck, even though you haven’t personally experienced it yet?

The closest I have seen is timeline integration. And I have heard about a lot of modalities from my guests. Brainspotting sounds like a great option. I am very keen to explore using this option. Possibly one I may want to add to my toolbox. I am very keen about it. I look forward to using it for myself. Then for my clients. I love speed. A lot of techniques take too long. Business owners love to Condense time. So I am keen to explore.

In today's fast-paced business world, how do you encourage entrepreneurs to slow down and listen to their intuition instead of getting caught up in external pressures?

The worst thing you can do as an entrepreneur is run really fast but in the wrong direction. Your destination keeps getting further by the minute. With all the noise and manipulation in today's marketplace, being in touch with your intuition is one sure way to move the needle in your business.

What’s next for you and "The Best Kept Secret" podcast? Any exciting plans you can share with us?

My heartfelt desire is to create a safe container where best-kept secrets can  Own their Message, Ditch their Blocks, and Get Paid for their  Impact. That's all I know for now.
